O Muslims! Make Ramadhan the month of victory again by re-establishing the Khilafah Alhamdulillah, the blessed month of Ramadhan is upon the Muslims again. Ramadhan is the month within which al-Quran al-Kareem was sent down from Lauh al-Mahfooz to Bayt ul-Izza. It is the month within which there is a night, Laylut al-Qadr, which is better than a thousand months for those who witness it in worship. And it is the month in which Allah سبحانه وتعالى commands the Muslims to fast, ties up the Shayateen, locks the gates of Hell and opens the gate of Heaven, allowing the Muslims to raise themselves in piety and draw strength from their Lord, Al-Qawwy, Al-Azeem. Previous generations of Muslims, in the period of ruling by the Book of Allah سبحانه وتعالى, drew from the abundant blessings of Ramadhan to achieve victory over the kuffar. Under the leadership of RasulAllah صلى الله عليه وسلم the Islamic State defeated the leading tribe amongst the Arabs, the Quray’sh, at the battle of Badr. This was despite the fact that the Islamic State’s army was small in number, poorly equipped and outnumbered three-fold by a powerful and experienced adversary. Allah سبحانه وتعالى said, وَلَقَدْ نَصَرَكُمْ اللَّهُ بِبَدْرٍ وَأَنْتُمْ أَذِلَّةٌ فَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ لَعَلَّكُم¡ 8; تَشْكُرُون¡ 4; “And Allah already helped you in Badr when you were a weak little force. So fear Allah and be grateful to him.” [Surah Aali-Imran 3:123] Also, during Ramadhan, the Islamic State undertook the Opening of Makkah (Fatah Makkah) that finally brought the Qur’aysh under the Islamic authority, ending their tyranny over others and paved the way for the rapid expansion of the Islamic State throughout the lands. After the Opening of Makkah, Allah سبحانه وتعالى said, إِذَا جَاءَ نَصْرُ اللَّهِ وَالْفَتْح¡ 5; وَرَأَيْتَ النَّاسَ يَدْخُلُون¡ 4; فِي دِينِ اللَّهِ أَفْوَاجًا “When the Help and Victory of Allah comes. And you see the people enter in droves into Islam.” [Surah An-Nasr 110:1-2] And in the centuries of Islamic rule after the era of RasulAllah صلى الله عليه وسلم and the Khulafa’a Rashida رضوان الله عليهم, the Islamic Khilafah State achieved major victories during Ramadhan whilst facing formidable enemies. The Muslims succeeded in expelling the occupying Crusaders from Ash-Sham even though they had settled on some parts of it for well over a century. The Muslims prevailed over the barbaric Tartars at Ein Jaloot, even though they had reigned terrible destruction upon the Muslims before. So, whilst the Muslims ruled by Islam, with their affairs governed by all that Allah سبحانه وتعالى has revealed, Ramadhan was the month of victory over the enemies of Islam and Muslims. However, this Ramadhan, without the Islamic Khilafah State, the Ummah faces subjugation by the kuffar in almost every sphere of life. This Ramadhan the Muslims count their dead as the kuffar nations enforce their occupation of Muslims Lands in Afghanistan, Iraq, Palestine and Kashmir. This Ramadhan, the armies of the Muslims are withheld from helping the Muslims but are sent without hesitation to protect the kuffar from the Muslims. This Ramadhan, the Muslims face an onslaught against their most precious possession, their deen, as the Western colonialists spread corrupt Western culture through reforming the education syllabuses as well as through the media and advertising. And this Ramadhan, Muslims face mounting hardships as the Western colonialists exploit the immense resources of the Ummah. So, despite the fact that the Ummah is a giant in terms of its lands, material resources, population and armies and its greatest asset, the one true deen, Islam, it lies in humiliation before the kuffar. This matter was inevitable because without the Islamic Khilafah State, politics and ruling are no longer about ordering the Ma’roof (Good) and forbidding the Munkar (Evil). Instead politics and ruling have been reduced to ordering what the colonialists desire and forbidding what the colonialists detest. Politics is no longer about looking after the affairs of the Muslims by seeking the good pleasure of Allah سبحانه وتعالى. Instead politics has been sullied into to a cheap competition to please the colonialists, between the current rulers and those who seek to succeed them in ruling. O Muslims of Pakistan! This Ramadhan, with the Ummah suffering immensely due to the mischief of the kuffar, you must not be satisfied by turning to Allah سبحانه وتعالى through prayer and fasting alone. Rather you must also work to implement the deen of Allah سبحانه وتعالى on the earth and ensure its dominance over all other ways of life by re-establishing the Islamic Khilafah State, so that Ramadhan witnesses victory after victory again. The work to change the current corrupt rulers and re-establish the Khilafah in their place is not just a matter of life and death, it is an obligation from Allah سبحانه وتعالى. If the Muslims did not perform this duty, it would be an acceptance of the many sins of the rulers. The situation of the Muslims will become worse in the Dunya and they will deserve the punishment in the Aakhira. RasulAllah صلى الله عليه وسلم said, إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ لَا يُعَذِّبُ الْعَامَّة¡ 4; بِعَمَلِ الْخَاصَّة¡ 6; حَتَّى يَرَوْا الْمُنْكَر¡ 4; بَيْنَ ظَهْرَانَي¡ 8;هِمْ وَهُمْ قَادِرُونَ عَلَى أَنْ يُنْكِرُوه¡ 5; فَلَا يُنْكِرُوه¡ 5; فَإِذَا فَعَلُوا ذَلِكَ عَذَّبَ اللَّهُ الْخَاصَّة¡ 4; وَالْعَامّ¡ 4;ةَ “Allah will not punish the common people due to the work of specific people, until they see the munkar amongst themselves and they were able to forbid it but they did not do that. If they did that Allah will punish the specific people and the common people.” (Ahmad) So, benefit fully from the blessings of Ramadhan. Turn to Allah سبحانه وتعالى by intensifying your struggle against the corrupt rulers and re-establish the Khilafah in their place. Only the Khilafah will re-establish Islam as an authority that would protect the Muslims and their deen and strike fear into the hearts of the enemies. And know that Allah سبحانه وتعالى has promised you victory if you are true to Him alone. Allah سبحانه وتعالى says, وَلاَ تَهِنُوا وَلاَ تَحْزَنُوا وَأَنْتُمْ الأَعْلَوْ 6;َ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ مُؤْمِنِين¡ 4; “So do not become weak, nor be sad, and you will be superior (in victory) if you are indeed (true) believers.” [Surah Aali-Imran 3:139]
Your Money Is Not Good Anymore!
Politically Aware Muslim
The weakening US dollar is not a phenomenon restricted to its borders as its effects are being felt the world over. The fiat currency has insured that America will not suffer in isolation but rather ensure that its grip on power is firmly held in place. Allah (swt) has commanded that the Khilafah adopt the bimetallic standard. Only through the complete implementation of Islam will mankind be removed from the injustice and oppression of man-made systems.
The sharp decline of the US dollar has been felt across the globe. Traders, unsure of the value of paper assets, are bidding up the price of commodities. The Associated Press recently reported that,”Huge price hikes have been caused by a weaker U.S. dollar and financial turmoil that saw investors stash money in commodities such as oil, which hit another record high Monday [April 28, 2008] of $119.93 per barrel.” With a recession looming and inflation on the rise, the US has exported its financial crisis beyond its borders to other countries. How can the currency of one nation wreak so much havoc worldwide?
Currencies and American Control
In the past, a country’s currency would be based on the amount of gold it had in its reserves. Whenever countries would trade with each other, they would transfer gold as a method of payment. In this way, the country’s currency would increase or decrease depending on how much gold remained in its reserve.
In 1944, the Bretton Woods conference changed the way currencies would be valued. Rather than have each currency matched against their gold reserves, they would be matched against the US dollar. In 1971 under the Nixon administration, America completely severed the link between its dollar and gold. With gold no longer backing the US dollar, currencies no longer had intrinsic value but only a legally imposed one. In other words, it would only be a piece of paper with no worth unless its citizens and other countries agreed to hold value to it.
The fiat currency (i.e.: currency made legal tender by sanction and neither backed by, nor necessarily convertible into, gold or silver) has a major part to play in the financial crisis we see today. This currency is open to government manipulation in the pursuit of personal interest. With no limit on the amount of dollars being printed, a government can essentially pay its way out of debt with money created out of thin air. As with any commodity, too much supply in the market will decrease the value of the currency leading to inflationary prices. With so many currencies pegged to the US dollar it is impossible for this to remain an isolated event.
The Hukm Regarding Currency
When it comes to exchanging a commodity with a specific monetary unit, Islam has guided us to the gold and silver standard. It has restricted the Islamic State to using this standard when engaging in transactions.
This specification could be deduced from several matters:
1. When Islam prohibited the hoarding of wealth, it was specifically related to the hoarding of gold and silver despite the fact that wealth includes any property that can be owned. The prohibition in the verse refers to the hoarding of money, since it acts as the generally accepted medium of exchange, and because the hoarding of money is the issue that produces the effect of the prohibition i.e. restricting circulation. The verse has specified the money which Allah (swt) has prohibited us to hoard which is gold and silver. Allah (swt) says:
“And those who hoard gold and silver and do not spend them in the way of Allah, let them know that a severe punishment is awaiting them” [TMQ 9:34]
Therefore, the prohibition is focused on the monetary medium of exchange, which makes the hoarding of gold and silver forbidden, whether it was minted or not.
2. Islam has linked gold and silver to a set of fixed rules. Therefore, when it imposed the Diyyah (blood money), it specified a fixed amount of gold. Also, when it decreed the penalty of cutting the hand of the thief, it specified the minimum value of gold that is stolen which would entail the cutting of the hand. In his letter to the people of Yemen, the Prophet (saw) was reported by An-Nisai to have said: “The blood money for one soul would be 100 camels...and for those who deal in gold it would be 1000 dinars.” Bukhari also reported on the authority of Aisha (ra) that the Prophet (saw) also said: “The hand is cut for the theft of one-quarter dinar and upward.” Therefore, the fact that Islam has linked the Shari’ah rules to gold and silver by text, when these rules are related to money, serves as evidence that the currency is solely restricted to gold and silver.
3. The Prophet (saw) has determined that gold and silver be used as money, and exclusively made them the monetary measure to evaluate goods and services. He (saw) ensured that all transactions were conducted with them as their basis. All trade and marriage transactions were conducted in gold and silver, in their quality as money, and this has been established in the Sahih Ahadith.
4. When Allah (swt) decreed the Zakat on money, He (swt) made it obligatory in gold and silver, and He (swt) determined a Nisab (amount) for the Zakat in gold and silver. Therefore, to consider the Zakat on money as being in gold and silver would establish that currency is gold and silver.
Is There Enough Gold in the World?
The gold existing in the world is enough to return the global economy to the gold standard. Gold has sufficient flexibility to produce the money required to cover trade and other economic needs in the world for the following reasons:
1. Throughout human history, no metal has ever enjoyed an interest similar to gold. All that has been mined in the past centuries continues to be used today, as it does not perish with time. Rather, all that occurs is its exchange in the form of currency or jewellery, or in some other form of manufacturing or re-melting.
2. Gold in all previous times, up to the end of the 19th century, was sufficient for all trade activities as it covered all of the world’s economic needs. Throughout the 19th century, in which economic growth increased to a great level, the world witnessed a great economic increase and a great reduction of prices and increase in wages without any shortages in the quantity of gold currency displayed for use, despite the increased goods and services.
3. Whenever goods and services increase while the quantity of circulating currency remains steady, it enables the currency unit of buying a greater quantity of goods and services. The opposite is also true i.e. if the quantity of goods and services decreases while the quantity of a currency remains steady, the currency unit’s purchasing ability i.e. its ability to buy goods and services decreases. Whatever the case, the circulating currency may be sufficient for currency exchange, no matter how much of it is in circulation.
4. What appears to be a visible shortage of gold is only due to the prevailing global inflation. If the world were to return to the gold standard, gold would no longer be used for trade speculation. Rather, the use of gold would be restricted to trading transactions and economic needs. As a result, stability and discipline would return to currency prices. This is because currency prices and their relation to each other will be determined by gold, thus making all currencies in the world virtually one currency which will lead to the inability of speculation with it and reduce the profits of trading with gold. This will lead to an abundance in gold thereby its shortage will disappear.
Advantages of the Gold Standard
When a state adopts the gold standard, it uses the gold currency in its foreign and domestic transactions. It uses the gold standard, even if it used paper currency as long as the paper currency can be exchanged for gold and this exchange is fixed i.e. a specific unit of paper currency can be exchanged for a specific amount of gold.
This would bring stability to the exchange rates between countries, as gold cannot be manipulated like the fiat currency. This will increase international trade and reduce trade barriers. Businesses which are dependent on imported commodities do not have to fear that these commodities will become too expensive as a result of their currency devaluing. Businesses which export their products do not fear their commodities becoming too expensive for the destined countries as a result of the increase in value of their currency.
It would remove the problem of inflation, as gold is a scarce commodity. The money supply cannot be increased at the will or whim of a government. The prices of goods and services may still increase as a result of gold coming into the state due to a high level of exports. This will lead to economic growth, which would mean more locally produced goods and services being available, which would counterbalance the extra gold coming into the state. As long as the state allows the free circulation of gold (i.e. import and export) then there will be financial and economic stability.
Today, international trade is hindered because of the lack of hard currencies. Many of the currencies are considered too weak and volatile for international trade. Globally, most transactions are carried out in US dollars. However, even in times of war the dollar is not stable, since it is only a fiat currency having no intrinsic value. It is only gold (and silver) that is a truly stable currency. It is only through the bimetallic standard that these barriers to international trade can be removed.
It is only the Islamic State, carrying the ideology of Islam that will adopt such a standard. Moreover, the Shariah has made it an obligation to implement the gold (or silver) standard. When the Islamic State returns it will adopt the gold and silver standard, thus transforming the current international money markets and prevent any single country from imposing its will on the monetary markets.
Our Deen Has Been Perfected
As Muslims, we need to not only inform ourselves but to teach others of this Deen that Allah (swt) has perfected for us since it is not only a mercy for the Muslims but for all of mankind. Allah (swt) says:
“This day, I have perfected your Deen for you, completed My favour upon you, and have chosen for you Islam as your Deen.” [TMQ 5:3]
In Ibn Kathir’s tasfir he explains: “This, indeed, is the biggest favor from Allah to this Ummah, for He has completed their religion for them, and they, thus, do not need any other religion or any other Prophet except Muhammad. This is why Allah made Muhammad the Final Prophet and sent him to all humans and Jinn. Therefore, the permissible is what he allows, the impermissible is what he prohibits, the Law is what he legislates and everything that he conveys is true and authentic and does not contain lies or contradictions.” Therefore, Islam is a complete system and Allah (swt) has provided solutions and guidance for all of man’s problems. Only with Islam which is from the infinite knowledge of The Creator – Al Alim – can man implement a system that will take care of all his affairs in a comprehensive and just manner.
May Allah (swt) allow this Ummah to rise again to the position of honour and dignity that it is destined for and be a light of guidance for all the whole of mankind.

Would the Pope dare to attack Islam if the Islamic State – the Khilafah Rashidah – had been established?
The disbelieving colonialist West has not ceased to inject its poisonous hatred of Islam and the Muslims: a while back America desecrated the Noble Qur’an, then some journals in Denmark published cartoons mocking the Messenger of Allah, may the peace and blessings of Allah be upon him and upon his family and companions; this was blessed by other European publications and states, and today the Pope has initiated lies upon Islam and insulted its apex (Jihad).
Just as America had said that the intention behind the tearing and trampling upon of the pages of the Qur’an was not to dishonour the Qur’an, and just as Europe had said thereafter that the publications mocking the Messenger is merely freedom of speech, so today does the Pope say that the lie which he invented has nothing to it, that the matter is merely of the understanding of the Muslims who have not understood what was said by the Pope, the leader of the Catholic Church.
In this exposition, we do not intend to put forth the evidences for the truth of Islam and the falsehood of the Pope, because what he said – that Islam disregards the role of the intellect and that Jihad, the apex of Islam, is violence, blood and terrorism – itself carries the refutation to his claim. That the basis of the Islamic aqeedah (creed) is intellectual conviction is a matter well-known. Similarly Jihad in Islam is the effusion of life in the souls, the rays of justice and light (shining) through the oppression and darkness of the world; all of this is palpable and noticeable in the lands which Islam entered in the days of the Islamic conquests.
Rather, in this exposition, we will only ask two questions and deliver two messages; and we place these four in front of those who reflect, so that the falsehood may be made clear from the truth and the lies from the reality.
As for the first question: what is it that made the people of the far-reaching Islamic world to adopt Islam and to stay upon it, whilst the Qur’an clearly declares, “There is no compulsion in religion”? and the noble hadith announces,“Whosoever is upon Judaism or Christianity is not to be seduced therefrom”? What is it that made the (people of) the conquered lands leave their religion and adopt to the religion of the conquerors, and to hold on it by their molars, to carry and spread it and to defend it more faithfully than even the conquerors? We see and hear the Colonialist West, when it occupies a land, use all its power and might to force the people to carry its values and ideology, yet they curse it day and night until the occupation is removed, without the (people of) the occupied lands changing their religion.
Is not the answer that the cause of the adoption, by the (people of) the conquered lands, of Islam, and their protecting it, is the harmony of Islam with the innate nature of man and its accordance with the intellect? Here we may add a matter which amazes many people: that the governor of Morocco (Muhammad Nasir) in the era of the Abbasid Khilafah rejected the offer of the British King (John Lackland) in 1213 CE to accept Islam together with his kingdom, because the governor of Morocco realised that the King only offered to enter Islam on astonishment of the greatness of the Islamic State and not on his intellectual conviction of (the truth) of Islam!
As for the second question: would the Pope have dared to lie upon Islam and its aqeedah, and to defame Jihad, the apex of Islam, had the Khilafah of the Muslims been established? We remind the Pope of Islam and it greatness in early period of Islam and what followed. We remind him of Mu’tasim and (the city of) Umuriyyah, of Harun al-Rashid and Nicephorus, of Salah al-din and Richard the Lion-Heart, of Sulayman al-Qanuni and Louis of France, of the governor of Algeria and the payment of the jizyah by America to the Islamic State in 1795 CE, and of Abdul al-Hamid and Herzl and his British backers in 1901 CE. We remind him so that he may know that integrity and a sane intellect – if he does possess these – reject the taking advantage of the weakness of the Muslims to the end of spreading lies and causing doubts about Islam, it creed, civilization and its apex.
As for the two messages, the first is to the Muslims and particularly to those who are deceived by the cunning call of interfaith dialogue of which the Pope speaks. The reality of this call has become apparent: it is to weaken the value of Islam in the hearts of the Muslims and to create doubts in their aqeedah; it is not mere inquiry and examination to know the truth and follow it, to reject the falsehood and avoid it. The call for interfaith dialogue is a call against Islam and its people through the use of cunning and shrewd styles. Yet whilst they reinforce this deceptive call, prepare for it and exert effort, they will never achieve what they wish, bi idhn illah
بَلْ نَقْذِفُ بِالْحَقِّ عَلَى الْبَاطِلِ فَيَدْمَغُ 7;ُ فَإِذَا هُوَ زَاهِقٌ وَلَكُمُ الْوَيْلُ مِمَّا تَصِفُونَ
“Nay! We cast the truth against the falsehood, so that it breaks its head, and lo! it vanishes; and woe to you for what you describe” [al-Anbiya’: 18].
As for the second message, it is to the Pope and to all those Western rulers who blessed his call, and to all who insult Islam, the seal of the revealed messages: Allah has committed to protecting it,
إِنَّا نَحْنُ نَزَّلْنَا الذِّكْرَ وَإِنَّا لَهُ لَحَافِظُو 6;َ
We have, without doubt, sent down the Message; and We will assuredly guard it (from corruption)” [al-Hijr: 9].
Thus neither fabricated lies nor bribed calumnies, collusions, deceptions or deceit can harm any part of it; nay, Islam will remain, by the Will of Allah, lighting the darkness, its flame will never be extinguished; thus has Allah, the Wise, the all-Knowing, informed us:
يُرِيدُونَ لِيُطْفِؤُ 8;ا نُورَ اللَّهِ بِأَفْوَاه¡ 6;هِمْ وَاللَّهُ مُتِمُّ نُورِهِ وَلَوْ كَرِهَ الْكَافِرُ 8;نَ
“They desire to put out the light of Allah with their mouths but Allah will perfect His light, though the unbelievers may be averse” [al-Saff: 8].
We end this exposition by two words:
1. Hizb ut-Tahrir challenges the Pope to a theological debate upon the rational basis, and the rational basis alone, so that the dawn may be made clear to those with eyes. The addresses of our Media Offices are published and known in all the lands in which we work; and for the Pope is the choice of time and place, as he wishes;
مَوْعِداً لَّا نُخْلِفُهُ نَحْنُ وَلَا أَنتَ مَكَاناً سُوًى
“An appointment not to be backed out, neither by us nor you – at an even place” [Ta Ha: 58].
2. We do not want an apology from the Pope, for he did not say what he said by mistake and without purpose, or out of ignorance; nay, he said it intentionally and knowingly, directly and not indirectly, and thus an apology is of no benefit.
It is obligatory that anyone who insults Islam, its Book and Messenger, or creates doubts in Jihad, its apex, not be allowed on Islamic land or be received in it, until the return to Islam of its State – the Khilafah Rashidah – which knows how to meet with its enemies, to protect the Islamic land and sky, to safeguard its territory and to raise the glory of its aqeedah, civilization and apex.
وَاللّهُ غَالِبٌ عَلَى أَمْرِهِ وَلَـكِنَّ أَكْثَرَ النَّاسِ لاَ يَعْلَمُون¡ 4;
“And Allah hath full power and control over His affairs; but most among mankind know it not” [Yusuf: 21]
Capture of Gaza Amounts to Holding the Ummah to Ransom and Gaza’s Blood Will Only Result in the Extermination of the Jews State
Press Statement
It has been days since the Jewish state has been crushing Gaza with murders, targeted killings and blind shelling where its men, women and children are being killed without any human concern. Even the forest animals do not stoop to this inhuman level that these criminals are perpetrating against the Palestinian people. As of yesterday, the March 1st, 2008, the killing and destruction toll has already reached a point of horrific massacre and it is now a real war by any standards.
The entire history of the Jewish state is full of genocides and slaughters in Gaza, Qana, Deir Yaseen and many more, each time the Muslims groups cried hoarse in condemning the bloodshed & mayhem but their rulers were unable to offer a fitting response. Two reasons account for the continued repetition of such slaughters: The first is that these rulers are keen to protect the Jewish state as much as they are keen to safeguard their own selves; they exert their utmost in order to protect the Jewish entity. The second factor is that the Ummah has failed to act decisively to stop these massacres. What has compounded this absence of Ummah’s decisive & resolute action is that the puppet rulers of the Muslim lands, their media apparatus and even some scholars loyal to the authorities have misled the people from the correct solution that can put an end to this mayhem once & for all. Event after event and massacre followed by another only provides proof that there is no other solution except one, the Correct Solution.
There is only one and uniquely one solution, and that is to exterminate the entity of the Jews from existence. Any other kinds of efforts to solve the Palestinian problem are doomed to fail. Similarly it is the aim of the rulers and their henchmen to keep the people’s focus away from this correct solution. In order to put an end to these repeated genocides and mayhems, the real course of action is to act against the perpetrators and not to negotiate with the criminals!
In the face of this, we state that:
Indeed these Jews are the murderers of the prophets and most quarrelsome of enemies of the Ummah:
(لَتَجِدَنّ 14; أَشَدَّ النَّاسِ عَدَاوَةً لِّلَّذِين¡ 4; آمَنُواْ الْيَهُودَ وَالَّذِين¡ 4; أَشْرَكُوا¡ 8;)
“Verily, you will find the strongest among men in enmity to the believers (Muslims) the Jews and those who are Al-Mushrikûn,” [TMQ al Maidah: 82]
To rescue the people of Gaza, nay the people of Palestine as a whole, there can be no difference between Haifa, Nablus, Tel Aviv or Quds; is a mandatory obligation upon the Islamic Ummah as a whole, first upon those who are closer in proximity and thereafter upon the next etc.
(وَإِنِ اسْتَنصَرُ 8;كُمْ فِي الدِّينِ فَعَلَيْكُ 5;ُ النَّصْرُ)
“if they seek your help in religion, it is your duty to help them” [TMQ al Anfal: 72]
There is no hope that the present oppressive & unjust rulers will, on their own come to the rescue of Palestine and its people; it is for the Ummah to force them to mobilise the soldiers to rise up and uproot the entity of the Jews, and if they do not respond to the call of the Ummah as is expected, the soldiers must rise up against the rulers who are the stumbling block in the path of Palestine’s liberation.
What holds the Islamic Ummah: the great ideology and its sons who are keen for martyrdom as much as the enemy loves his life, our great stockpile of weapons and our enormous resources, all these are sufficient to realize victory that will support the Muslim Ummah against a hundred such entities of the Jews.
Both parts of the Palestinian Authority has connived to clear the Muslim rulers of their responsibility to liberate Palestine, they are not even discussing the mobilization of armed forces to Palestine to open war fronts. Moreover they are making up excuses for these criminal rulers to absolve them of their responsibility and restricting them to provide only political support. Thus they are tacitly hand in glove with the Muslim rulers in order to cheat the people of Palestine and even their Islam, all this for their own enemy. In fact the political support that they are seeking is actually for negotiations and political solutions aimed at consolidating the Jews state in the heart of the Muslim lands, we are afraid, even scared that they exploit this spilling of innocent blood for furthering negotiations and concessions. This has been the way this Palestinian Authority is treading since its inception.
We say to the rulers of the Muslim world especially those around Palestine that every drop of blood spilled in Gaza curses you and every martyred praised by Allah (swt) is a burden and another black spot on your already black books for which you will be held accountable in the severest of ways on the day of judgement and even in this world when this Ummah takes the matter in its hands and Allah (swt) willing, that day is not far off!
To both the sectors of the Palestinian Authority we say that this Authority is the brainchild of the Kuffar created to avoid the extermination of ‘Israel’ from existence, and whoever is satisfied with ruling under occupation even under the name sake Islamic banner is cheating the Ummah because ruling under occupation is entirely evil. Any ruling authority under the occupation is designed to keep the Jews’ state out of the focus of people as the enemy and to view the enemy as a party with whom negotiations can be undertaken to come to some agreement. This is a crime in the eyes of Allah (swt), His Prophet (saw) and the believers. The Palestinian Authority is harming Islam, Muslims and their lands because it exists under occupation and negotiating with the enemy.
To them we also say to desist from childish experimenting with the Palestinian conflict and to drop all treacherous agreements that it has signed with the Jews and to restore the status of the conflict to its original nature as well as announce to the people that the conflict is handed over to those whom it actually belong i.e. the Islamic Ummah as a whole. It should discard the fake attire of falsehood that was given to it by the treacherous Arabs at Rabat when they projected the Palestine Liberation Organisation (PLO) as the sole & legitimate representative of the Palestinian people. It was since then that the treacherous rulers withdrew their hands form the Palestinian issue after having sold it cheaply and the then the PLO itself transformed into the Palestinian Authority and the Palestinian issue sank low & low to its lowest depth it is now in.
We say to the people of Gaza: Oh the people of Gaza, be steady, staunch and steadfast, you are the enduring people of consistency and patience, and Allah (swt) has said:
(إِنَّمَا يُوَفَّى الصَّابِرُ 8;نَ أَجْرَهُم بِغَيْرِ حِسَابٍ)
“Only those who are patient shall receive their reward in full, without reckoning.” [TMQ az Zumar: 4]
May Allah have mercy on your martyrs and ease your pain & agony and accept your Jihad, remember, In sha Allah, you will soon hear the chants of Allahu Akbar from the victorious troops of the Khilafah soldiers as Allah (swt) has promised and His Prophet (saw) has given glad tidings about:
(وَيَوْمَئِ 84;ٍ يَفْرَحُ الْمُؤْمِن¡ 5;ونَ بِنَصْرِ اللَّهِ)
“And on that day, the believers (i.e. Muslims) will rejoice (at the victory given by Allâh” [TMQ ar Room: 30]
To the people of power in the Islamic Ummah, we say: Oh the believing soldiers, the incursions and capture of Gaza is the bloodshed of your brothers, your sanctities and the honour of your Ummah, if you are not agitated and moved by this and do not stand up, then what will shake you from your lethargy? Does not the wailing of the women, the sobbing of the children, the mourning cries of death and the blood of martyrs stir you? Do you not await the promise of Allah (swt) of paradise as enormous as the heaven and earth which ahs been prepared for those who fear Allah (swt).
To the Islamic Ummah, we say: the establishment of Khilafah and giving pledge of obedience (bai’ah) to the Khaleefah of Muslims is the only correct solution that will restore honour and pride to the entire Ummah, liberate its sacred places, humiliate the enemies and account for the blood of the martyrs, the Prophet (saw) said:
(الإمام جنة يقاتل من ورائه ويُتقى به)
Verily, the Imam (Khaleefah) is the shield behind which you fight and get seek protection
Therefore, remember Allah (swt) will accomplish His promise:
(يُعَذِّبْه 15;مُ اللَّهُ بِأَيْدِيك¡ 5;مْ وَيُخْزِهِ 5;ْ وَيَنْصُرْ 3;ُمْ عَلَيْهِمْ وَيَشْفِ صُدُورَ قَوْمٍ مُؤْمِنِين¡ 4;)
“Allâh will punish them by your hands and disgrace them and give you victory over them and heal the breasts of a believing people,” [TMQ at Taubah 009:014]

Europe Launches the West’s New Front in its War on Islam
The most recent provocations emanating from Europe are but one in a long line of hostilities directed at Islam and the Muslims.
The West’s campaign against Islam did not commence with the invasion of Afghanistan and Iraq, nor the production of Geert Wilder’s polemic ‘Fitna’, nor the publication of the blasphemous cartoons, nor the establishment of the ‘Stop the Islamisation of Europe’ coalition, nor the banning of the hijab, nor the expulsion of Muslims, nor the secret rendition of Muslim nationals, nor the provocations of the Pope, nor the adoption of forced assimilationist policies, nor the propaganda spurting from the mouths of Presidents, Prime Ministers and politicians.
On the contrary, George W Bush, the so called leader of the ‘free world’, has not shied away from reminding the world about the historical nature of this struggle when he makes repeated references to the ‘crusades’.
But what has brought upon the intensification of the West’s historical struggle against Islam? The answer is two-fold:
Since the earliest days of Islamic rule, the Christian world had sought to re-assert its authority over the holy lands of Palestine and its surrounding lands. The humiliation, however, of repeated defeats over countless centuries never extinguished Europe’s desire to fulfill what is regarded as a historical and religious imperative.
The success of the crusader campaign was realized after WWI - more than seven centuries after the first campaign was launched. The Europeans, led primarily by Britain and France at the time, succeeded in occupying not just Palestine but the entire Muslim world.
The Western world took comfort in the comprehensiveness of its victory: the Uthmani state had been dismantled, the lands of the Muslims divided, their leaders expunged, their Sharia uprooted, their culture corrupted, their thinking polluted and their vast resources of the Muslims secured. But the glee of the Europeans would prove premature.
After more than a century of occupation, enslavement and indoctrination, the Western world - now led by America - awoke to find the Muslims refusing to swallow the poison that had been forced upon them. The Muslim world had in fact sought to re-assert its Islamic roots, reconstruct its Islamic identity, and rebuild its Islamic political institutions. The Muslim world not only comprehensively rejected Western designs over its lands, it now sought to challenge the West’s authority over these lands and its stranglehold over the world. Given this predicament, the Western world searched urgently for the source of Muslim inspiration. The answer laid not in their numbers, nor their strategic lands, nor its immeasurable resources. It was not the millions of soldiers lying dormant in neither their barracks nor the nuclear weapons under its possession. The source of Muslim strength laid in that which the Western world never managed to
destroy - the Islamic Aqeedah.
So the West embarked upon a renewed campaign seeking to undermine the Aqeedah of the Muslims; the Aqeedah that serves as the backbone of Muslim revivalism, and serves as the pillar upon which the Ummah will re-assert its international presence and challenge anything that contradicts it.
It is for this reason that we witness concerted attacks upon Islam, the Prophet (saw) and the Quran; attacks upon the rationality of Islam, its belief systems and its message for humanity. The West is expending every effort seeking to shake the conviction of the Muslims in their Islam, its ability to free them from the shackles of Western hegemony and its ability to provide an alternative ideological viewpoint for humanity.
Alas, it is but another effort that will be met with ignominy, for Allah (swt) says:
إن الذين كفروا ينفقون أموالهم ليصدوا عن سبيل الله فسينفقونها ثم تكون عليهم حسرة ثم يغلبون والذين كفروا إلى جهنم يحشرون
“Verily, those who disbelieve spend their wealth to hinder (people) from the Path of Allah, and so will they continue to spend it; but in the end it will become an anguish for the; then they will be overcome, and those who disbelieve will be gathered unto Hell.” [Al-Anfal:36]
From the second angle, the ideological challenge confronting the West emanates not only from the Muslim world abroad, but also from Muslims living in Western societies.
The intensification of the anti-Islamic agenda in the West serves to generate a potent atmosphere of fear, hostility and distrust against Muslim populations in the West.
The question is: how far are Western governments prepared to go in the demonisation of Muslim communities, and are they willing to take responsibility for the inevitable conclusion of such a campaign?
Are Western governments planting the seeds for future radical policies, preparing for the expulsion of Muslim communities, even by force if necessary? The silence of Western leaders is deafening.
The struggle before us is indeed a struggle for humanity. The whole of mankind is suffering the horrors of modern day colonialism, the barbarity of military adventurism, the racism of colonial elitism and the travesties of economic liberalism. The
horrors, however, are not limited to the political or the economic, but extends to the deeply personal – the corruption of the individual, the family and the community.
O Muslims! You possess, by virtue of your Islam, the antidote to the poison that is Western ideology. Hizb ut-Tahrir calls you to join your hands with us so as to free the Muslim world from the shackles of Western hegemony. Joins your hands with us so as to establish the righteous Khilafah; the Khilafah that will rescue the Muslims and the whole of humanity, the Khilafah that is built upon the Islamic Aqeedah, implements the Sharia, protects the Deen, defends its honour, and silences, once and for all, the tongues of the evil.

Only the return of the Khilafah will silence those who attack Islam
This week has seen new heights of arrogance as the Dutch MP Geert Wilders has released a film that attacks Islam, in particular the Noble Quran. Wilders has called for a ban on the Quran in the name of the defence of “freedom”. It is this “freedom” that he and others use to uphold the release of this film, which like the disgusting Danish cartoons, was designed to offend, provoke and incite hatred towards Islam and Muslims. This is the same “freedom” they wish every Muslim country to adopt as their values system though it is far away from the noble Islamic values. For this western idea that permits the open abuse of other people and their beliefs can never bring harmony to any society, as Islam successfully managed to do over centuries.
In their hypocrisy they contradict this “freedom” by calling for a ban on the hijab, the niqaab, political parties who speak out against western imperialism and now the Noble Quran itself. Such selective application of “freedom” is yet more proof that this is a war on Islam and not a war on terror!
The claim that Secular Europe is some bastion of tolerance seems laughable in the face of the attacks by secular extremists towards millions of Muslims. But in truth Europe still suffers from its historic persecution of minorities. Muslims are often told that our responses are too emotional but their attacks on Islam are little more than vitriolic hatred. When it comes to Islam they make emotional rants and spread lies, whilst it is the Quran that appeals to the rational mind to think and debate about man’s creation and purpose.
Meanwhile, the governments in Europe that support a war on Islam, occupation in Iraq, Afghanistan and Palestine, and support for tyrants in the Muslim lands welcome this propaganda to fuel their imperialist adventures. For it is not merely the media who engage in this propaganda. Recently when seventeen Danish newspapers all reprinted the filthy and blasphemous cartoons Germany’s Interior Minister called for all European newspapers to similarly publish them.
The Muslim world cries out against these hostile acts, but western politicians and media sustain this attack without fear of any repercussions politically, economically or even militarily. Whilst the newspapers publish these evil cartoons, western politicians either remain silent about this hate filled propaganda or actually join in the attack. Yet, no Muslim country has severed its diplomatic ties with such countries. Their embassies in the Muslim world are accorded full respect and not one of their ambassadors has been reprimanded. Oil from the Muslim lands continues to provide energy to the machines that print this filth. No regime in the Muslim world has withdrawn their money from their banks to shake the economies of these countries.
Given this, why would the West have anything to fear when defaming Islam, the Prophet of Islam (saw) and the Qur’an? Could they ever fear the spineless rulers of the Muslims lands who have abandoned Islam and surrendered their lands and resources? These regimes fought against the return of the Khilafah, and those who work to revive the Khilafah. They imprison, torture and even martyr them. These rulers only care about protecting their thrones, their power and their wealth. They care nothing about protecting Islam and its lands, even if the deen is humiliated, the Muslims countries are attacked and occupied.
Dear brothers and sisters
Only the return of the Khilafah will stop the relentless slander of Islam; for the Khilafah stands not for any throne, material power or personal interest, but for Islam. Violating Islam’s sanctities is an act of aggression against Islam for which the Khilafah would mobilise all its strength to respond, such that the enemies of Islam could never think of speaking ill of Islam. In the past the colonialist states were fearful of the Khilafah’s stern response and rarely dared to speak ill of Islam. They were shaken by the mere thought of the response and backed down even for relatively minor violations, never mind the current attacks on the Quran and the Prophet of Islam (saw).
George Bernard Shaw wrote in his diaries in 1913, at the time when the Khilafah was at its weakest, that he was prevented by Lord Chamberlain from writing anything derogatory about RasulAllah (saw) because he was scared of the reaction of the Ambassador of the Uthmani Khilafah in London!
Brothers and sisters
Whoever truly loves RasulAllah (saw) and the Quran al-Kareem should stand up and work sincerely to re-establish the Khilafah. Whoever feels pain from the calls to ban the Quran al-Kareem and the evil cartoons defaming RasulAllah (saw) should strive to re-establish the Khilafah. Whoever reveres the Quran as the Word of Allah must work to re-establish the Khilafah because Allah (swt) says in this same Quran:
“So judge between them by that which Allah has revealed and follow not their desires away from the truth that has come to you.”
[Translated meaning Quran Surah Maidah 5:48]
Brothers and Sisters,
Here in Europe the work for re-establishing the Khilafah involves building strong Islamic communities calling for an Islamic leadership in the Muslim world that will stand up for Islam. It also involves engaging with the wider non-Muslim society in dispelling the myths and propaganda against Islam and showing them how Islam is the solution to the chaos and disorder that prevails in the world today.

Oh People: Your Rulers are Shameless!
When the US Summons them to Annapolis; Both Riyadh & Damascus Comply …
America Lines them up in two camps so Riyadh & Damascus Hate Each other.
The 20th Arab rulers’ summit held Saturday & Sunday, 29th & 30th March, 2008 in Damascus ended today…the participants travelled to Syria, shook hands with each other with carpets rolled out for them. The cameramen clicked their photographs, the rulers ate, drank, they talked, wrote their notes and issued resolutions…then they hurriedly returned without achieving anything worthwhile - they were simply content with having attended the meeting. In fact, it was such a heavy burden on the Ummah’s money spent on the rulers and their summit! As a person who has lost his senses and sight, they termed the summit as a mark of their solidarity.
A prudent observer of their resolutions will find nothing new in their resolutions, not even new wordings. They ruminate over their initiatives, repeat the same words, embellish their expressions and cheat the people into believing that they are committed to safeguarding their interests. Whereas the truth is that they have ruining the lands and frustrating its people….and yet continue to weaken the Arabs by calling for a solutions through dialogue with the Jews or rather by being forced by the Jews to negotiate with them! The rulers know better than anyone else that our occupied lands can not be reclaimed through those abhorring receptions accorded to the negotiating delegations; the lands can only be reclaimed by mobilizing the troops to the battlefields.
Oh Muslims! These rulers who have attended the summit and those who have abstained, have continued to follow a course of subjugation, timidity and disgrace, to the extent that if their masters are not around to herd them, they walk behind each other, not knowing the entry from the exit, they are like the blind and dumb and they will remain so. They kneel before the US so yieldingly that if it gives them a plan, they would meekly sign on the dotted line.
And this is what happened during the Beirut summit which was called to sign on the surrender of the 1948 occupied Palestinian lands to the Jews by the Arab rulers; they marched quickly to Beirut, met at the summit and signed on the sale deed. They do not even talk of that land as if it never belonged to them in the first place. In exchange of this surrender of the ’48 occupied Palestine, all that they got was a meager hope of the ’67 occupied Palestine!
This was repeated when they rushed to meet at Annapolis, those who are the so-called moderates as well as those who are branded as consistently thwarting their plan, they all marched towards Annapolis!
But these days, the US in pre occupied with their elections and they have no immediate plan to summon the Arab rulers for signing on the dotted line, hence the Arab rulers have themselves formed two camps and branded some as enemy, this is merely a pastime game until the Americans draft another plan for them to sign. They will meet again, and again…!
Oh Muslims! Hasn’t the time come you to reach out Allah from these rulers, confront them and replace them with a guided Khaleefah under whom you fight and seek protection behind him. The dwellers of the heavens & earth will envy you. These rulers have been to hypocrisy and are skillfully manipulating facts. They term their compromises & meek dialogue with the Jews as being a struggle, brand their calming down of the occupied fronts as being steadfastness and portray the treacherous surrender of the lands through the treaties as good politics and fair trust. They have shaken their very own foundations, yet make all the noises about protecting them! Indeed the Prophet (saw) truthfully said regarding them:
سيأتي على الناس سنوات خداعات، يصدَّق فيها الكاذب، ويكذَّب فيها الصادق، ويُؤتَمَن فيها الخائن، ويخوَّن فيها الأمين، وينطق فيها الرويبضةُ، قيل: وما الرويبضه؟ قال: الرجل التافه في أمر العامة-ابن ماجه
People will indeed be faced with years of deceit; wherein the liars will be vouched as truthful, traitors will be trusted, where the trustworthy will be cheated and wherein those ”Ruwaibadah” will be in positions of authority, people asked him what is Ruwaibadah? He (saw) said: the “negligible” man who will interfere in peoples affairs.
Then Oh Muslims! Are you not afraid of the consequences of putting up with these rulers, you are quietly tolerating them, and even being obedient to them, are you not concerned that you may be condemned of Allah (swt)’s words:
“فاستخف قومه فأطاعوه إنهم كانوا قوماُ فاسقين. فلما آسفونا انتقمنا منهم فأغرقناهم أجمعين”.
“So when they angered Us, We punished them, and drowned them all.” [TMQ az Zukhruf 43: 55]
Oh Muslims! Does that not bother you??!
